The event was held at the public house where we meet each month, the company was great and so was the food. Well done all who helped organise the evening and the staff for their good service. Around 40 members attended and enjoyed the evening.

Homemade Cream of Mushroom and Madeira Soup
Severed piping hot with roll and butter

Smoked Salmon
Severed on a bed of mixed leaves with cream cheese and chive dressing and wholemeal bread and butter

Melon Midori
Half a chilled melon drizzled with midori (Melon Liqueur) and garnished

Duck and Apricot Pate
Severed with homemade melba toast, butter and garnish

Traditional Roast Turkey
Slices of turkey breast served with roast potatoes, seasoned vegetables, bacon wrapped chipolata
stuffing ball and gravy

Carvery
 Choice of pork, beef or nut roast served yorkshire pudding and your choice of vegetables

Homemade Chicken a la King
Tender pieces of chicken breast with mushrooms and mixed peppers in a rich homemade
brandy and cream sauce, served on a bed of rice

Brie, Mushroom, Roquette and Redcurrent Filo Bundle
A delicious bundle of crispy filo pastry with a creamy mushroom, Brie, roquette and redcurrent
filling served with buttered new potatoes and salad garnish

Mediterranean Red Snapper Fillet
Baked Red Snapper fillet, served on a bed of oven-roasted mediterranean vegetables and
finished with a homemade citrus pesto dressing

Traditional Christams Pudding
Served with fresh cream

Champagne Sorbet
Nice and light and served with a cripy biscuit

Chocolate Trio
Layers of white, dark and milk chocolate mousse on a sponge base, served with fresh cream
