4S Coupe - Bowood House 2004

Bowood House & Gardens - 23rd May 2004

A lovely day out a Bowood House for the R13, 14, 16 & 26 Regional Concours, the venue for the four Region Concours was Bowood House, a wonderful house with perfectly manicured gardens.

You will see that if you love powerful sports cars or enormous houses, Bowood was the place to be on the 23rd May. The cars were prepared to the same standard as the house and gardens, perfect.

I hope the pictures will give an indication of what the day had to offer the whole family, well done PCGB and a special cheer for R16 Regional volunteers who ran the day for us all to enjoy. Every model of Porsche was on show, even a Junior Porsche tractor was there, it did a mean job tackling the Porsche driving challenge.

I was fortunate to be judged 1st in the Street section of the judging, see the wonderful glass award.
There were several winners in the different arears that were judged, the Concours that members could
have entered were :-

Air Cooled, Post and Pre 1984	Water Cooled Post 1984
Visitors	Water Cooled - Modern
Street - Region and Visitors class	Open Class

A well organised day, the sun was one of the best thing factored in, all involved with the day and judging worked hard to get the day set up and work through all the cars that the PCGB members so keenly entered.
